Eaten here only a few times because of time restraints because it’s worth it to drive to a farther Popeyes. Every time I’ve ordered food the service sounds rushed, they mess up the order or they’re out of fried chicken. Fr that’s like the one thing they can’t mess up. Order food from a farther chain because it’s worth it not to wait 40 minutes for an order that could take 14 at a different franchise. It’s unfortunate but that’s the way it is. Also just realized that whenever I find a 5 star review, it was from at least a year ago. lol that’s sad.

Great experience, food, and affordable prices.

Never got any food. Pulled up into the drive thru at about 10:50. Cutting it close, but my father just had heart surgery, and by the time I left the hospital obviously most places are closed at that time. Thankfully, I thought, at least Popeyes isn't. I sat in the drive thru until 11 on the dot with nobody saying or doing anything. And when they did (again, it was 11 on the dot) they just said "Sorry, we're now closed." If you're gonna cut off service before you're even closed, at the very least articulate that. Put a sign up somewhere. Literally anything other than ignoring your customers until they have no choice but to leave. Ridiculous. Edited for spelling- It's late and I'm exhausted.

FYI: I normally don't write bad reviews, but this just takes the cake. This Popeyes absolutely cannot get orders right, is consistently out of food, takes forever to get your food, and is arguably one of the worst run fast food chains I have ever had the pleasure of eating at. The last 3 times I have ordered from here, they have gotten my order wrong. Same, easy order, Everytime. A 5 piece spicy tender meal, fries, and a diet Dr. Pepper. 1st time I got normal fried chicken, with mashed potatoes, and a watered down soda. 2nd time we did delivery, took an extra hour, and only got normal tenders. No fries. No drinks. Not even a wrong side. 3rd time maybe 8 spicy nugs, mashed potatoes, and a watered down soda. Please just close this location to allow something else here. Your menu isn't that complicated. It isn't that hard to order enough food. If you can't even get a tender meal and fries right, when there are plenty of other chains nearby that do, why are you open?

As an owner of a company this is not how you run a business.. this is the worse service we have had in awhile.. they were busy smoking weed outside when we arrived , & took forever to take attend to us, but once we got to window, they were magically out of everything. Lazy rude employees.

Got there at 11:38, didn't leave until 12:27. We were sitting in the drive through window the entire time. An employee opened the window and called out a price when we first pulled up, even though we were the only customers there and had prepaid via app. It wasn't even the price of our order. They said "cash only," but I had pre-ordered through the app 15 minutes before arrival. I'm not accusing anyone of anything, but that felt very odd. I won't return to this specific Popeye's, that was the third strike. Food was fine once we got it, but that was far from the point. Hopefully this isn't indicative of all Popeye's restaurants, but I'll definitely be going to others primarily in the future, just in case.
