Horrible!!! I complained after waiting 25 minutes for my order and was told to wait or leave by the manager and he refused to give me my money back!! The management sucks!
If you're a white door dasher don't even waste your time here.. I've tried going here twice to pick up orders..both times I was ignored and had to wait forever..they would rather just talk and text on their phones..will never give thos place my business again
I waited over 10 minutes, and not a single person got food or got waited on. I went to the Wendy's next door for food.
Horrible experience each & everytime I go here. I love Popeyes but the long wait for food, unprofessionalism, messing up orders and missing details like additions to orders has made it to the point where I’ll travel to another Popeyes just to get the food I want. The workers appear to be high or more interested in their own conversations instead of paying attention to the orders & making sure everything is right.
The last straw for me was the last time I went they forgot to put bacon & cheese on the Golden BBQ chicken sandwich I had ordered & paid for I’m advance online. Took the sandwich back up there & the lady said they were out of cheese until another coworker corrected her, then she took the piece of chicken from our sandwich & threw it in a container then pulled out a different, not “new”, but different piece of chicken from the same container she threw the old one into. There was nothing extra offered to rectify the situation, usually when a restaurant messed up this bad they let u keep the old sandwich & give u a fresh one but after watching her grab a different sandwich im worried if I got someone’s else’s chicken from a different order. The whole operation is just sad; disappointing & extremely unprofessional.
They got the all the right hot and fresh chicken 🍗🤟🏾
This place needs to be shut down. The employees move slow,they mess up the orders, they're rude, door dash drivers can't stand this place
Takes forever to give food out and when they do most of the orders are wrong
Wewwqas told to have exact CHANGE or credit card.... cause they had NO money..... service ok...but should have at least 100 in the til ... That's how a business works ..... At this rate they probably won't be around much longer....

After sitting in the drive thru at the menu for ten minutes they finally took my order.
I ordered spicy chicken tenders meal. They hand me food, I split one open and see it isn't spicy. I give it back to them.. THEY PUT THE FOOD I TOUCHED BACK IN WITH THE OTHER FOOD!

Went through the drive-through at this place recently, and it was an absolute nightmare. After taking my order, it wasn’t until after I paid that they told me they were completely out of two sides I requested. I was then told they could get me the side of red beans and rice, but it would be a 5 to 10 minute wait which I agreed on. After about an additional 20 to 25 minutes, I was informed that the red beans and rice wasn’t available. At this point, I was completely frustrated, and the staff was not willing to compensate or issue a refund of any sort, and I was left in limbo. Then suddenly, I see a staff member being escorted out of the building in police handcuffs, and was then told the cook was being arrested and nothing could be done about the food ordered. I left here with a 16 piece family meal (with no sides) and I get home to find out every piece except TWO were all breasts that were extremely dry, overcooked and probably sitting out all day.
