Food was as good as always, but the service was a little lackluster, and the floors looked dirty.

My only complaint is the place needs cleaning especially all the windows and doors. But the food was perfect.

Right off the bat, went to order and the women on the speaker was super rude. Didn’t even let me get my words out and was rushing me. They gave me and my husband “chicken tenders” with NO meat and it was super hard and the fries were old. The women at the speaker shouldn’t be working there!

I’ve never felt more of a burden in my life. The staff is extremely rude, making my visit so uncomfortable. Charging $1 for mayonnaise is absolutely insane. Having no ranch and charging for blackened ranch is ridiculous. No wonder this place is empty and looks like it’s going out of business.

We had a small group and when we walked in to order, we told the lady at the register that we needed to place orders separately. The lady sarcastically responded "oh great! You picked a good time to come, we have an inspection coming, they just came through the drive thru." She was rude and unprofessional about the entire situation. We ended up walking out and going to KFC, and had an amazing experience.

Well... we missed breakfast and was hungry so we came in for some good chicken.... The young lady at the front wasn't to happy to be there and was not the most pleasant, but not too rude. The chicken for the sandwich was a little dry and the fries were a little cold, but the cole slaw was pretty dang good.... I've had better but definitely had worse.

The chicken wings are amazing. Make sure you ask for Cajun sparkle to sprinkle on your food. It's amazing

I found an over 9 inch long hair actually cooked into the strip on one end
