Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

This location has burned me multiple times. This time was a cold sandwich, last time was a basket of the thinnest chicken strips, both times had slow service. If the sandwich is cold when I get it…then it was made before I got there, why did it take so long for me to order when there was only one person in front of me. I won’t be coming back to this location. Management needs to get it together. There is hardly anyone here and it is 12:30pm on a Friday.

I love Popeye. Just one problem it seems like they will switch up on the deals .When you ask for spicy, they will give you that ghost pepper, and everyone can't eat that.

Seemed to be short staffed, inside was a mess, a lot of things were out of stock such as napkins and other necessities. Had to wait a long time for food.

I was standing on my food for 40 minutes, and the shrimp was hard as a rock bad service yesterday

I got the blackened chicken tenders and they made them sooooo spicy you would have thought I ate a ghost pepper. 0/10 I don’t recommend.

Customer service was so terrible... staff was standing around we waited in line for 30 minutes and ended up just leaving... it wasn't busy at all only one other customer in there.

Popeye's is always a winner with well priced food.

We got our food quickly and the dining area and restrooms were clean. There was a very sweet older gentleman behind the counter that provided top notch service. Overall, great experience.

Worst Popeyes in the city. If I could give it zero stars I would. Rude, never make your orders right, or always out of things.

$30 for chicken for two people and they can't even manage to get all of our side items.

EDIT: Sometimes I get desperate for a bite with my work schedule, yes I have tried on multiple occasions to get food here, and I keep gettng met with a drive thru speaker that never answers. This place's "workers" have their friends pull their cars into the drive thru and just sit there blocking people from ordering. That or they simply don't answer it. Store either needs an overhaul or to simply close.

Chicken tasted good. Small and skinny. Not worth 30$ for 12 pieces of tenders. That’s all the chicken in the picture for $30

The food was great. The service was poor. The atmosphere was just ok.

It always says second to get your food at popeye's. But it comes out piping hot. I think the only thing that ever sucks you have to wait forever. But at least. It's fresh, so you can't complain there.
