Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Im very pissed today I went to Popeyes ,I ordered a 14 piece chicken tender meal for my family and I from 6400 Baltimore national pike! When I opened the box it was about 6 whole tenders and the rest was nubs and it was only 11!!! The large Mac container was half way filled! The lady at the window was rushing me away by saying everything is there while I was about to check to make sure!! If I didn’t live a little ways I would have drove back!! Im a reward member and spend money at Popeyes all the time and it’s not cheap! This is unexceptional! My order number was 97!

This place never knows how to count. Last time I ordered a 16 piece bucket, I only got 14 pieces. I specifically asked that they include wings and breasts as I have a family member who only eats white meat and they said "ok". But as if to spite me, they just gave me 14 dark meat pieces. It wasn't the first time they miscounted the pieces and it probably won't be the last so I won't be going back.

Updated March 2024: chicken pieces specially thighs are getting so very small! The thighs are the same size as a wing! Imagine that... It's just be coming from their small chicken supplier! Terrible... Definitely a terrible value! The taste is the chicken is still good but make sure you ask for large pieces. Would be great if they didn't close dining room so early at 9pm.

Inedible garbage, so shameful and disgusting.

Everytimes I go n buy fries they always serve cold ones, always not fresh I try to call them abt it no one answer the phone as well non serious behavior I'm not going there anymore.

ok hear me out, i saw a lady here pay the cashier 40 dollars with two 20 dollar bills for her food. when the lady got her change back, it was wrong, so she addressed it, no big deal. cashier lady freaks out, straight up lies, and says customer only gave 20 and 10 and THEN refused to check the register for a recount. even the manager got involved and still no recount! ive heard about this happening here, i never thought much of it, but then i saw it. this place is trash, they steal from people, AND my chicken was undercooked. Grade: F-
