Jessica, Latoya, DaMario on the night crew are the best. Fresh fries and mashed potatoes with awesome sauce service flavor.

I had the BEST customer service ever! Though the food has much to be desired, the young who served me by the name Latoya Wise was the epitome of excellent customer service. There was a long wait to place the order at the drive thru however, her customer service was worth the wait. Because of her jovial personality, I kept smiling as I approached the window. She was apologetic, congenial & efficient. I received my order under 15 seconds. Ms Wise is gets a 5star!

If you can avoid this location I highly suggest you do. I was the only customer and I ordered $59 worth of food just to wait almost 25min and never receive it. Just got my money back will never stop at this store again. Popeyes is known for terrible customer service and a place like this keep that reputation.

The young lady at the front counter, bless her heart....No exaggeration she probably said "I'm sorry sweetheart" a thousand times! Lol..... I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and say I caught them at They rush because they was discombobulated. Food was good but service was subpar. Hot fresh food.

The staff is too unkind and the food is too bad.

As I was standing there waiting to be helped I noticed only 3 employees. One working the registers, one doing drive through, and one cooking and complaining a loud for the few that were in there. 4 couples walked out, 3 from the drive in came into the restaurant to complain. I have never seen a more miss managed store. The owner of this store should be embarrassed. Service horrible, food was ok at best. This store needs all the help.

If it had zero I'd give them that. 9:34 they close at 10 they had no classic chicken strips only spicy, no nuggets at all. Her excuse was I close in 15 minutes. Idc if you close in 15 minutes your job as a food chain is to take last order at 10pm. Cooking full menu. Your clearly telling us your fast food is not fresh. Shame on you this is a disgust. Owell I'm take my $40 order elsewhere because my kid orders 2meals and dessert to self,me, my housemates order. Highly disappointed in this chain these days I used to love coming to Popeyes it's a Louisiana style meal but they took from me u the best dishes the gumbo and the jambalaya. At this point the only thing Louisianan is either Cajun spice or Creole seasoning. We left there was no good out family member could eat who doesn't eat spicy

Used to love Popeyes. I went through drive thru the person was really rude sighing and told me it would take 15 minutes, which I was fine with waiting. 50 MINUTES passed and no one came to tell me anything or give me my food. I had to walk inside and I didn't even get what I paid for or any compensation. Basically got my money and time taken and didn't even get my actual order.

Food was very good and the wait staff was very welcoming and friendly.
