very bad service. a lot of wait time for order. i ordered large fries and they are giving fries in a small box which does not match the standard size.

Is it just me or has the hospitality industry lost all knowledge of what a Customer is vs. What an employee is?? I walk in to more and more of these units , not just Popeyes. It truly feels like the employees are being made to do something wrong . I feel guilty for ordering. Like I've caused grief due to my ordering and them having to "work" there is no hustle no level of any excitement at all. It's depressing. Best of luck your gonna need it.

I recently visited Popeyes and decided to try their wings, but unfortunately my experience was disappointing . The wings were not properly made, and were not tossed properly in sauce

*another edit as the saga continues with this terrible place* I literally activated a new credit card and used it on the Popeyes app. It has never even left my house. There are now hundreds of fraudulent charges on my card. Thankfully visa is helping to get it back but all Popeyes could say was "we can't see any additional charges on your card" Duh it's my account, obviously you can't see details of my credit card. Their app security is either non existent or someone on the back end is selling people's info. This whole thing is just so crazy. DO NOT USE THE APP!!! *wanted to edit with an update* I returned to the store today because I really believed I deserved some money back. The manager insisted she wasn't the same person as last night (she 100% was.) I started to tell her my story anyhow and she interrupted and said well it was a mobile order, I asked how she knew if she wasn't the one last night and she just stared. She "spoke to the owner" and said they remade my wings and offered me a pop, that's all they could do. I stood my ground, said I really thought I deserved some money back. I was extremely inconvenienced for a potentially really dangerous mistake THEY made. I asked if I could speak to the owner. She gave me some Gmail address. She said she would go talk to him again. 20 minutes later, she never returned and was no where to be found. So I left the store. My toddler was getting impatient. Also note I left a complaint with public health as they seemed to indifferent about the raw chicken. I also just spoke to Popeyes Canada who without question refunded me, apologized and escalated it to the regional representative. It's my wedding anniversary. My husband and I both love wings. I ordered almost $90 in wings. Drove to pick them up (10 minutes from my house) in a snow storm. We arranged for our kids to eat dinner at the neighbours so we would have an hour of quiet dinner time. We sit down, my husband takes a bite. Raw. We check others, all raw. I call the store. "Bring them all back." I tell them to start cooking them I'll be there in 15 to 20 minutes depending on road conditions. I get there. They haven't started cooking them. So I then need to spend the next 20 minutes waiting. I explained it was my anniversary and I was spending my hour of kid free time there. They did remake my order. Thankfully. And they threw in "some extra wings", 2 to be exact. And they offered me a free pop. So I drove there and back twice. My husband possibly got food poisoning, and I had to come home and then put my children to bed while the wings got cold. Because kid free time was over. I asked for some money off. They said no, but we can give you a pop. I will not return. So disappointed. Ruined the entirety of dinner.

Very very rude staff. I would like to talk to the owner of this franchise located at Hespeler road Cambridge in order to register my complaint

I see the name as Raj on my receipt who took my order. Did not take take my order properly. I had to go home and come back and re order. I was the only customer at that time I'm the restaurant, even then if he is not good at taking order shouldn't be at the cashier

The atmosphere if you dine in is pretty depressing. However, they made quality fried chicken that we love it. A huge plus to their staff that sometimes compensates us with extras whenever the pieces are a bit smaller. Their daily deals aren't a huge deal, but still a little extra saving compared to normal price

Restaurant was clean and nice, service was polite and acceptable, but my food was really disappointing. The chicken was fine and my apple pie was actually very good, but the fries were incredibly stale and didn't taste like much of anything.
