Stood inside for 15 min and never had a single person make eye contact with me. They were busy, but just say "will be with you in a moment" Left and went tj the drive thru and was in and out in 5 min.
Dirty! This location needs some TLC. It seems that many fast food restaurants today are lacking in their basic cleanliness. This is yet another example.
Waited in the drive through for 45 mins yesterday with only 4 cars in front of me. They were only taking one car at a time meaning you ordered and then pulled up got your food all before they would take the next order. Due to the wait we expected the chicken would be fresh…. It wasn’t.
Scrawny and dry Tenders;mostly breading. They left out 2 large sides on my order. Won't return after mistakes on 2 orders in drive thru.
They exceeded my expectations and were very reasonable. They worked a solution that made me very happy when the app did not update unavailable items I purchased. This is the best Popeyes in brunswick.
Why does it take 30 minutes to receive our food when nobody is inside or in the drive thru?
What a disaster... Pros: Chicken was fresh. Cons: Everything else. I don't believe management at the store was ever trained. It was a wildly unprofessional environment. The person who appeared to be a manager was sitting at a table when I walked in. The person behind the counter was on the phone. Five minutes later, my order was taken. I was provided cups. The soft drink dispenser was out of ice, and the coke looked like a weak tea. Because it was such an ordeal to get assistance at the counter, I settled for water. No supplies such as lids, straws, napkins, and etc were available in the dining area. Half of the tables were dirty. They had no regular biscuits, no spicy chicken, and the only available sides were fries and macaroni and cheese. I went to the bathroom to get extra hand towels since we were only given three napkins, and of course, the bathroom had no hand towels. I observed the counter clerk sit with the apparent manager at the table and eat. A customer went to the counter. The counter clerk left the table and immediately prepared food behind the counter without washing her hands. The manager finally went behind the counter to assist staff. The staff in the back stayed busy during the entire visit. She immediately began loudly talking down to one of the staff members who had been extremely busy the entire time. There is no way a district manager ever visits that location because, based on all of the other complaints, this place is always struggling. I hadn't been to that location in over a year because it had been a train wreck experience the previous two times I went. Never again! They should shut down this location permanently.

They never got the food you want try ordering online in advance so you don't have to just stand there and wait you could wait an hour to pick it up and I guarantee you'll still wait 15 to 20 mins when you get there that's how terrible the service is and how do you call your self a chicken place when you run out of chicken your signature chicken at that the spicy, they need a whole new management and crew
Came by at 10:40 and they said they were still closed and “didn’t know” when they would be open
