Took forever to make the order not only that they also took forever to even order the order horrible customer service

We went on a Saturday had to wait 1 hr before we got our food.We were told to pull around to the front.I had to go inside to ask for our order ,and then I had to wait another 15 minutes because they had to cook more chicken.
