I had an unfortunate experience at this Popeyes location. The customer service was lacking, with staff not addressing questions or providing assistance. The atmosphere was unwelcoming, as staff made customers wait without communication. The overall cleanliness of the place, especially the soda station, was disappointing. It's regrettable that the service fell short of expectations.

Don't ever go there after 5 pm . I got old hard chicken worse meal ever. This is the 3 rd time I have a bad experience at this location west gate never again
