It is the worst place, the service is bad, the manager is arrogant, they should change the staff.

I dine at Popeyes chicken and that was my dinner. I ask for a cup for water and the cashier who is a man said that it would be a $0.50 cent charge. Asking for a courtesy cup with a $0.50 charge I don't think it's Fair.

This place is always dirty! Bathrooms are so bad they are unusable. Also you have to pay for any sauce not just extra sauce any sauce at all!
