They gave us the WRONG food as we went to the drive-thru. Tried calling them as well as 1800 number on receipt with NO ANSWER

Was told our wait would be 3 minutes for popcorn shrimp, waited over 10 minutes, went inside & was told they didn't know they didn't have white meat for both orders (2 piece white meal) & asked for a refund but was told they don't do those so we get a credit for our next visit?! We went in to try to use our $15 credit & was told it wasn't any good! Wtaf?! Never again will we visit this place!! Horrible!!

this location gave me my first Popeyes experience ever, and then completely drove me away. the first time i came, the food was great and came out quick. (inside of restaurant is clean enough, ig) the next time, i decided to place a mobile order about ten minutes before arriving and ended up waiting over 40 minutes for two meals. the cook had only just started one of the sandwiches over 30 minutes after we were directed to park and wait. we were compensated with one free meal on the house, which i just used today and waited over 15 minutes for inside the restaurant, just for it to be wrong. as a side note: the restaurant was NOT BUSY on all three of those occasions. i don't really want to come back here, and i feel bad for the employees who are pulling their coworkers' weight in the kitchen and front of house. TLDR: the food is great, but man do they take their sweet time with it.

It's my wife's birthday and she wanted Popeyes chicken sandwich. So I decided to try the app. Well, it wouldn't let me past the store selector. Wanted to order the family mix and match for $24.99. Could not do it because they were have issues with online ordering and the app. So I went to the store. The cashier was kinda rude/attitude. They couldn't take the online deal so I had to order everything separate. I ordered at 7:58 pm. I ordered 5 #1 chicken sandwiches with fries and a small red beans and rice. It cost me twice the amount. So I was a little miffed about the price. So me and my son went and sat to wait for our food to take home to my family. We sat there for exactly 1 hour before we finally got our food. We walked out a 9:00 pm with another 15 mins to get home. So we ate later than we wanted to. It really was not that busy while were there . So I don't understand why it took so long. There were about 6 more customers waiting as long if not longer than us. Also tried the number on the receipt and it doesn't work.

Placed a online order last night at 635pm, selected to pick up my order at 725, arrived 5 min early to only leave at 758pm. several people got their order before me and my order wasn't very big at all. Food was good but taking 1 hour and 20min before I got my order is piss poor.

Good ol Popeyes. Good people and good food, they forgot my Cajun fries
