Bad service I never see in Akron

Nice simple get in get out food hot and fresh happy with visit and service A1

Ridiculous.

Waited in line for 20 minutes after being told there was a shift change. Only to receive no service or anyone to take my order!

I went to the one on Arlington. The inside is never opened and it take a long time in the Drive thru. When you can finally get an order in the food is usually good. The service is always horrible for the most part. They always never have at least one thing I want. I went one day and they didn't have change and wanted me to order more food. They need to shut this one down and start over with a custom friendly atmosphere.

Management here needs fired and should never be in a leadership role. Has no customer service doesn’t know how to de-escalate a situation. The inside is disgusting they wear the same gloves and touch everything but A broom to sweep up the mess. The drive thru which in any fast business that should make the most sales is always closed, they want you to come inside and see the filth. Management can’t get it together the general manager is joke and can’t run a successful business keyword is successful! Not to mention the employees lack a lot of training. No one made them work here if they don’t like they job get a new one simple! Just shut them down and try again ! This store makes the Popeyes brand look bad.

The food was ok, prices ok, people are too, but cleanliness was terrible. You are allowed to use the restroom only if you buy something, but after buying food and going to the restroom, you gonna lose your appetite.
