Always busy. Quite small with not many tables so need to reserve way in advance. Fusion dishes with really lovely Asian flavors - think cilantro, garlic, green onion, fragrant chili oil... Incredibly tender pork with zero pork taint and the biggest/longest noodles similar to ones we had in Xi'an. The sauce was very similar to Dingtaifeng's wontons in chilli sauce, a favorite of mine - flavorful yet not too spicy. The fried chicken is very crispy and the crunchiness outside resembles Taiwanese fried pork chops. Very full with 3 dishes for 2 people - food was served at lightening speed. The menu changes so that just means we have to come back ;)

We ordered Vegan Buddha Bowl, Hand Ripped Noodle with Pork and Garlic Chilli, and Garlic Chilli Fries. Very good portion for the value. Hand Ripped Noodle was good. The pork was tender and flavourful. Noodle was chewy and authentic. It can be very oily because of the chilli oil. If you don’t like oily dishes you should remind them to give you less oil. Vegan Buddha Bowl was quite good. It doesn’t come with protein but you can add extra pork. Glad to have ordered this to balance out with the other oily food we ordered! Garlic Chilli Fries was good. Flavourful and crunchy! The restaurant is quite small, it can fit maximum of 21-22 people. Fills up very quickly. Come as soon as it opens to avoid the queue.

You don’t see this sort of place very often- they serve biangbiang noodles with a local blend of pleasant bistro/cafe vibes. Maybe it’s not 100% authentic but I think the adaptation is successful. Hand-pulled pork goes well with garlic chilli sauce, so as the fried chicken; peanut chilli sauce is a bit too thick for me but it preserves the nutty fragrance. Would be even better if the chilly sauce can be a bit more spicy!
