Pollo Rico

Food is very good, salsa is different but still very tasty! The customer service is amazing. Very nice people who work here. If you enjoy eating outside you will love this place. Or take it to go thru the drive thru which is a plus! Thank you pollo Rico for your service and food! I'm from out of state and this was my first taco spot I've tried 10 out of 10 highly recommend.

The best roast chickens I have ever eaten, period. Obviously rating on a scale here, so the service and atmosphere have to be compared to other food shacks (they're both good, btw). But, again: Best. Chicken. Ever.

I have been in Lubbock for two weeks and I've attempted to eat 3 times here. ALL 3 times they are out of chicken. Two times were "we don't have anymore" and the other time was "we don't have any right now it will be 30 minutes" seriously not even going to attempt again. Don't even bother driving to this place. Call and see if they have some before even going. It's a chicken place how are they gonna be out? I'm so mad I really wanted to have that chicken

The food here is delicious. Some of the best chicken I've ever had. And the Tortas are big and tasty. Can't get wrong with the stop, if you have some place to go and eat it.
