We are a locally owned family business with a passion for Poke! We wanted to introduce Antelope Valley residents to a healthier alternative to regular fast food in a quick and convenient format. We launched Poke Junction to offer our customers fresh Hawaiian food with a unique SoCal twist. We use the highest quality fresh ingredients to ensure a delicious, flavorful meal every time. It is a healthy traditional Hawaiian dish, made from raw fish that has been cut, seasoned and mixed with other ingredients, usually served over a bowl sushi rice or salad.
