I give people the benefit of the doubt because you don't know what they are going through, but the attitude and just vibe of I have better things to do then help you, was strong... The place was filthy, and smelled kinda funky.. I wish I had better things to say. :( boba was good.
I went in to get a bowl. 4:45 on Wednesday. I would have to say the guy that waited on me was the rudest person I have ever met. Horrible customer service! I told him I had never been in before and he kept rushing me. I am truly shocked by how rude this guy was.
Would've given a Stellar review except that the experience was DO different from yesterday to today. Yesterday they had extra blueberries but today apparently they "don't do that". Also the smoothie I ordered yesterday was WAY better in terms of actually being a smoothie instead of being warm and gross. Guess I'll start looking for another boba place since I personally appreciate consistency. Super disappointed as this was sort of a special treat for a tough Monday.

We enjoy going here. The food is always good and the drinks are delicious. I did have one frustrating visit though where one of the workers ignored my request for half sweet. I think it's important to acknowledge these requests in case someone has issues with glycemia. But that was one visit out of many.
I really like this place, I get it all the time. But it always seems like the workers who make my bowls are in such a hurry that they don’t listen to what I’m saying. One time I asked for my sauce on the side, they said OK, and then put it right on my bowl. And the reason I asked for it on the side in the first place is because they’re not paying attention to how much they’re putting on the bowl and they’re basically turning my Poké bowl into soup. I wish that the employees here would pay a little more attention to what they are doing.
