Podnuh's Bar-B-Q

Christy Ribs. It happened once before. I was done with the place until a friend asked me to pick yp some ribs. They insisted on Podnuhs US 165 as it was close and despite my warning that I had a bad experience with this place. On Saturday Feb 24, 2024 I purchased yet more bad ribs from this place. The Ribs looked to be ok from. beyond the plexiglass window as the server sliced them with ease. Carried the ribs to friends house within 20 mins. Now they are a believer. Those that were not too crispy appeared to be frost bit then cooked. I was never certain as to what Podnuh's consider as fresh or quality meat but it's certain they have lost yet another customer.

Ribs had obviously been reheated. They were so tough from the crisped meat I couldn’t tell if I was eating ribs or work boots. Also completely flavorless.

So disappointed, they could do better

My second review on this establishment in the last six months. This time was my last trip there . Bought over a hundred dollars of food and with the items came small buns . They were out of small buns and refused to give me the larger ones they had on hand . Person preparing my food stop twice in the process and went and served other customers . Owner manager ?
