Waited for 30 minutes for 2 big macs, 2 happy meals, and Large fry. After getting attention of the manager(?) at my 20 minute mark I asked about my order and got "sir there are other people here before you, be patient." While rolling her eyes, "Ma'am! I've been here for 20 minutes!" *sigh* "Yeah, okay I'll check." After waiting FOR ANOTHER 20 MINUTES! Was finally given my order. 40 minutes for cold food! The fryer station was the only placing fries and leaving them there for ages, idk how long the burgers were made but after driving 5 minutes up the road the only thing warm was coffees. The last time I was there I went through the driver through for ginger ale at 2am due to kids throwing up. I was given COKE! Even telling them "I have 2 kids throwing up at home, can I have ginger ale?" Seriously, avoid this place at all cost!
I went through the drive thru at 9h20pm and waited at the speaker for over 5 mins. Another car came into the second lane while I was waiting and they answered him right away. I had to move to the window for them to take my order. Once at the window I advised them I was at the speaker and nobody took my order and they didn't even acknowledge the issue. I then ordered using points from the app to get a FREE item. Cashier then proceeds to tell me i owe them 0.68$. I advised no as it should be free. She says she sees the price on the screen as free but is confused for the price. She gets the manager and she tells me there is nothing she can do, she says she can't give me my food until I pay even if it is supposed to be FREE. She said it must be for an add on but there was no add on. I was clearly upset as I was forced to pay the small amount. I was still polite, saying thank you when given my items and saying good evening before leaving. The MANAGER didnt say a word to me after i paid and as soon as she gave me my food she slammed the window in my face. Extremely poor service and disgusting way to treat customers.
