worst service ever only checked up on us once and I had to call on him for that. it wasn't busy he was chatting with other coworkers and customers and when we asked for the bill I was paying with card but was going to leave the cash as tip from my bag he saw me looking in my purse and laughed. i couldn't find enough cash to tip him with and STILL tipped him 10 on card. the servers name was ray (I got it from the receipt) . also made rude comments when I called him over to get some more dressings.

Amazing place with amazing people who work here. Johnn was a great server and deserves a shout out!! The food was great, service was amazing, and the atmosphere is great. I love to go here and will definitely be back. It is a family friendly environment. Great place.

Food takes ridiculous amount of time and wasn’t even the freshest

My family and I ate here yesterday. It was my first time trying it and the restaurant was packed so I was excited. It took us 15 minutes to see a server, 30 minutes to get drinks for the table and another 30 minutes to get our food, but I figured since the restaurant was so busy it was okay. The boneless “wings” were huge chicken strips that were all cold. One of my sauces (which was supposed to be garlic sriracha) was so disgusting my husband and I agreed it tasted like orange scented cleaner smells. All this was annoying, but I was going to just chalk it up to a bad experience and give it another try. However, today my entire family is sick with food poisoning and for that I will never return to this place. The food, staff, atmosphere, and apparently health standards are all subpar!

We go religiously to this pluckers. Incredibly dissatisfied with the service and the food. Appetizers came out cold. Missed one appetizer and had to ask for it three times to our waitress. My order of Spicy ranch wings had little to no seasoning on it. Could of passed as plain wings. Asked our waitress for a refill, she took my cup and never came back. Watched as she helped others and brought refills for the table next to us but still no refill for our table (took about 15 mins and us asking for my cup back to get get my refill). She was MIA for 70% of our time there. Once our third app came she is very quick to ask us if we want boxes and our check. Never had such a bad experience here and never expected to. Waitress came back with receipt for us to sign and threw it to my husband. Ridiculous is the only way to put this whole experience into words.

Order is wrong more than right Today I ordered 5 additional ranch dressing. It may not seem like much, but a 2 ounce container costs. I should have checked because that is often wrong..wish round rock was closer
