Servers were steadily cursing right next to our table, more interested in their phones than customers.
Chicken was obviously supposed to be good but absolutely covered in gristle. Hostess completely ignored us while working on something else instead of seating us. Every employee seemed miserable. Half the restaurant was completely empty and obviously not being used. Not horrible overall, but for 25$/person it was absolutely not worth it, and I wish I would've went somewhere else. I don't expect this place to be in business 3-5 years from now unless if they decide to care again
Stopped seating at 1030 but was told that we could order to go plus have order a drink at the bar.... Once we have our order and sat at the bar, we were denied ..... It was not 11pm yet ....1040...????
Was charged twice(apparently for someone else’s order) and am still waiting for the charge to be voided off my account which is unusable until then. This is highly inconvenient and unprofessional, I asked a manager about how to go about this and he said to wait until the charge clears. Bills, rent, responsibilities, etc. don’t wait for charges to clear. I don’t recommend this establishment to anyone unless they have money to freely waste for nothing in return.
After being seated, I had to wait 45 minutes before my order was taken, and those that came after me were taken care of. The dining room was pretty much empty. Waitress was not pleasant and communicated poorly.
We called to order. We were not allowed to. We were then told to order online. After ordering online we showed up at exact time online told us to. Took food directly home and tried it. It was terrible, cold, and soggy. We then brought it back and told it was our fault for not picking up sooner. 2 days later we got a 50% refund. The manager and hostess there’s customer service was pathetically bad
Some of the most bland wings in the city..
