Came here waited for 10 minutes no one came to help me ?so I just walked out do not recommend

We go to this location often as we enjoy the smoothies. The smoothies are pretty consistent. However, the customer service lately has really been less than desirable. I am not looking to be showered with fluff, but just being cordial would be totally satisfactory. The young lady with the bucket hat says maybe 3 words and seems like we are bothering her when we walk in. We will continue to go because we like the product, but would be nice to have an improvement in customer service.

Rude and completely lacking in customer service. Staff needs a lot more maturity and training.

Very inconsistent taste! Every time I visit I get the Elvis or Chocolate Chimp and every time they taste different; either watery or too much thick protein. I will have to drive to Smoothie King from now on.

This location is fantastic. Every one of the staff that I have met here is welcoming and makes a great smoothie. The store itself is always immaculate. My wife recently had to undergo painful jaw surgery and the Chocolate Elvis smoothie was a lifesaver for her diet and nutrition afterwards. You don’t know how much I appreciate you all.

They're probably okay if you order straight from the menu, but they completely fall apart if you'd like any modifications. I ended up with tons of ice and my smoothie was very watered down. I order the same thing at other locations and never have a problem. $10 is a lot of money for a cup of ice.

Love this place, I am 2 miles away so it's the perfect biking distance, and planet smoothie is one of my favorite places and the customer service is amazing
