Pizzeria Cortile

I love Pizzeria Cortile. My only complaint is 3.5% was added for "credit card fee" before asking if I was using a credit card. I was in a hurry so I just used a card.

I ordered a pizza here for the first time as it is close and had good reviews. The pizza was not good at all. The overall flavor wasn't bad but including toppings it was the thinnest pizza that I have ever had. I noticed when I picked it up that there was barely any weight to the pizza. It was also hat type of pizza where the inch or so around the outside is just bland crust with no toppings on it. At over $18 including a tip, it was a very bad experience. On a side note, when ordering online, they include the tax in the calculation of the tip which defaulted to over 20% on a pickup order. I won't be ordering pizza there again but might try something else in the future.

Easiest recommendation to give in Chattanooga. Great spot. If the goat is on the menu, get it

This evening, I had the pleasure of experiencing an unexpected culinary delight from a consistently stellar pizzeria renowned for its creative and delectable offerings. The star of the show was their "Kimcheezy" pizza, a masterful combination of house-made kimchi, earthy mushrooms, crisp red onions, and a sprinkle of sesame seeds, among other ingredients. This pizza wasn't just good; it was spectacularly great, transcending the usual pizza experience with its bold and harmonious flavors. Moreover, the crust of the pizza was cooked to perfection, as usual — crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, creating an ideal base for the generous and well-balanced toppings. The cheese, a crucial element of any pizza, was melted to gooey perfection, seamlessly integrating with the unique flavor profile of the kimchi and vegetables. While this was a Friday night special, it should be a standard offering for all to experience.
