Waited 1h50m for cold pizza. So annoyed. Even my 4 year old was complaining how cold it was. I called and asked at the 1h20m mark and they told me delivery orders were taking 45-1h. Picture of my cold pizza. Edited to add: emailed them when they responded and wanted to “sort this out”. No attempt to compensate or “sort” anything out for their crummy service. .. they clearly had no intentions to email me back. Take your business elsewhere and don’t waste your time.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced! Do an online order for delivery and get a message stating delivery will be there in 45 min and over an hour late still hasn’t arrived! Then delivery driver doesn’t bring all the ordered items and is very rude and unprofessional!! Definitely would not recommend this location at all!!! UPDATE: Store now claims that I threated there driver which I never did he got in my face when I asked where the rest of my order was then loses his mind and wants to start a fight with me when I told him he was unprofessional! Just goes to show what kind of business this place really is!

I ordered a large pizza for takeout. I didn't have to wait a lot of time to receive it. It's one of the best pizzas I have ever eaten I loved the crispy ham

Just ordered a #29, panzerotti with 1lb mild wings and as usual, the food was amazing. Great job!

This place has a very good pizza. And the most amazing wings I ever ever had. The staff are also friendly.

Typical run down non Canadian owned restaurant one worker says one price another charges u more the st Thomas location is 100x better don’t waste ur money
