Pizza Thief is a new NY Style pizzeria in NW Portland’s Slabtown neighborhood offering 18” pies and slices, salads, and desserts with a full service bar adjacent to the pizzeria. Our chef and baker has created unique and delicious doughs and breads using a naturally leavened recipe with precise combination of sourdough and whole grains with high hydration making for an exceptional texture and flavor.
