A great place for a youth hockey team lunch.
Hats off to Pizza Ranch for hiring teenagers and those with special needs. My experience in the drive through was marked by politeness and happy smiles. It was clear to see as I was waiting the management is teaching life skills in a very positive way. And the food was great. Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly
Good food little expensive
While I always enjoy eating here, this location needs a thorough top to bottom cleaning. Revisit 10-22-2024 at about 18:00, had a group dinner in the very noisy back room, it was remarked that next time we should just meet in the dining room. Several guests in our party, myself included, felt that the chicken was undercooked. In general, I feel that the quality of their fried chicken has declined over the years. That being said, I special requested a thin crust pepperoni and it was the bomb, simply the best thin crust that I've had in the area. They rarely put the thin crust out in the buffet and they should do so more often. The crust was perfect. Parking: When they are busy, their lot, which encircles 3-sides of thee building, can be hit and miss but there is also plenty of parking in the nearby Meijer's lot.
Gr8 place to eat!! Not one complaint
Muy buen ambiente y el trato de los niños
This location ok is usually good. Have been here probably 8 times. Today was terrible...Disappointed Today 1/21/24. 4 young teens working @ ck in but not efficiently. Their register didn't accept my app on 1st try. Was asked what my # was & they said usually it's more than a 3 digit #...umm that's why you use the app. So I close app & retry, voila it accepted the next still 3 digit number for check in. When being seated, I asked to be seated in a certain section which only had two people at 1 table but was told they were saving it for a large group (Humm 6 separate tables/booths) so we were seated where there were already full tables of 6 or more. 5 Min. later a single couple was seated where we had asked about & then another couple a few minutes later. So she lied to me! Got our salad & heard so eone say it would be 10 min. for chicken. Ate salad, then we all waited on chicken literally another 25 min., beans, corn, potato wedges all empty as well. Dressing & gravy was cold. Workers standing around at ck in & in drive up window area (all very young) while food counters were dirty & items empty as well as empty tables which weren't being cleared. Management of everything today was terrible. It's Sunday after church, you're going to be busy, train your people to be efficient, have food constantly going & ready. Glad to see they can have sufficient staff, but then provide sufficient service. It's a buffet so should be all the more efficient. Will give you one more try some Sunday, but if no improvement, we won't be coming back. Hudsonville PR lost our business so we were giving the Holland site a try. Parking: Yes, it's snowy, but today sidewalks were not cleared for patrons. Put those young employees to work outside since they aren't being efficient inside. Not at all safe. If got out directly at door, ok but if parked & tried to walk, not clear.
