Pizza in Trevi

We visited here recently on our trip to Rome and were so impressed by the quality of the food and service. With the Trevi Fountain location, you would assume this is a tourist trap, but the standard of food and service was exceptional. Being gluten free I was worried I wouldn’t be able to find authentic Italian food, but Pizza in Trevi offered hundreds of dishes from gluten free pizza and pasta. My husband and I loved it so much we came back twice in our short trip to sample both the pasta and pizza. Both were perfection, so much so that I couldn’t believe my dishes were gluten free. Finally after years of dietary restrictions, it felt like I was not missing out here. Aside from the delicious food, we couldn’t go without mentioning the outstanding service from Archie. He always greeted us with a warm smile, made friendly conversation, and made us feel very welcome as tourists. He even gifted us some free limoncello to end the meal and recommended some gluten free gelato places. A perfect place to dine if ever you’re in the heart of Rome.

Excellent location, great services, perfect food. My son has many allergies and they were accommodating. Very good gluten free pasta available for him.

Worst food we had in Italy and Rome. A hidden extra service charge of 20% handwritten. Not printed. Bet they are hiding this from taxing authorities. A full blown scan. Avoid at all costs.

If you’ve been told to never eat in restaurants near touristic places, this place is the exception and it will definitely blow your mind! Pasta and pizza here is everything I expected to eat when I arrived to Rome, so you should definitely give it a try to their specialties. They have a great variety of food and beverages. Sadly, we could not get to the dessert, because we were completely full, but we’re definitely coming back soon before our vacations end. The service was also so good, Archie treated us so kind and even gave us some drinks for free.
