They don't like to answer their phones to the customers when the customer needs to let them know how to cook their pizza when they can't find the place online to put the instructions. I guess they should add a place on their online site where you can explain or tell them how you want your food made.

I placed the order online and the pizzas were ready at the time for pick up. The pizzas met my expectation. Staff was friendly. Good customer service.

I placed a delivery order in the app around 11:30 AM. Approximate arrival time was estimated at 11:58 AM. Around 12:00 it said my pizza was 1 minute away. Perfect. I checked outside, nobody was there. It went to zero minutes, but nobody was there. Then I checked again and it went to 3, 5 then 7 minutes away. The driver had turned around and went to deliver another order! I called to talk to the manager, Steven, and he was incredibly rude. He said it was due to traffic and he didn’t know, and that I could just wait since I wasn’t the only delivery. He hung up on me twice!!! At this point it was 12:25. I asked for a credit on my account, and the manager said I could return the pizza for credit, but that he wasn’t doing anything else. The delivery driver finally knocked on the door about 12:25. The pizza was barely warm, and they did not include the two cups of marinara sauce I paid for. The delivery driver was nice. The manager is completely worthless.
