Pizza Hut

I ordered online my drinks where forgotten but when I called RJ was very sweet and fixed the problem!! I will continue to order from here!! Excellent customer service!!!

I will never again order from this Pizza Hut EVER again, I only ordered with my points for some bread sticks when I picked them up they was dry hard and had no seasoning on them, so my husband called up there and the lady that was in the background said because the bread sticks sat in the warmer longer than 7 minutes that she wasn’t going to do anything about it had an attitude was really rude and didn’t care about what the problem was and she refused to give us her name and very unprofessional so we asked to speak to the manager and they put us on hold for at least 2 1/2 minutes before some guy came on saying he is the GM but also didn’t give my husband his name he also treated us like we was wasting his time and said the same thing because we picked them up and they sat in the warmer for more than 7 minutes that was basically what we get he was rude also and didn’t care to listen to us either. I can’t believe how we was treated over some bread sticks we’ve learned our lesson and will never go back to this one ever again!!

It all depends on who cooking your food.. I don't like talking to the service thy all way,s get order wrong.. like talking to people in store

Ordering on app didn't work, the website was slow and glitch then when calling the store a call center picked up and could not figure out how to place and order before going silent on the line entirely. I guess they didn't want our buisness

Don't eat here unless you desperately want food poisoning. Pizza Hut has gone way down hill. You're better off saving $50 and getting a frozen pizza.

Food is always good. Down home friendly service

Toppings are so "light" there is no way the amounts are approved by Pizza Hut or Management!!!!!!!!
