Literally forgot to make my pizza!! Having to wait even longer for my food! Plus it being half as good as usual.

Love they got chicken sausage now.. now they need turkey pepperoni on the pizza.. I love how the pizza tastes better now

Took them 3 whole hours to find my house and my house is 0.4 miles away from the location and I just think it so unprofessional that took that long to for it comes dominos is way better I think this place should be shut down👎👎😡

This store can get busy, but the staff always delivers good food. Their boneless wings have me driving 3 miles across town. It's worth it.

Not what I ordered

Absolutely terrible today, usually it’s on point but my food took over an hour and a half to get ready, they gave me no sauce with the cheese sticks, and when I called they hung up on me twice. I tipped my doordasher an extra twenty bc he was extremely patient, not ordering from here again

I have order pizza from this place numerous times. This particular day I ordered for delivery. When I recieve the pizza it was handed to me by the driver on his backpack from his back. Never really thinking my pizza will be a disaster. I have pictures to prove the mess me and my family received and I spent my good 70.00 plus for this crap.

Tried to order delivery and pizza never arrived, almost an hour past the time the app said it was “on its way.” When I called, the desk said “no one had picked it up” (meaning their own delivery drivers), with no other info provided or offer to fix it. Single star given since at least they agreed to refund. Update: Would give zero stars if I could—a week later and no refund was processed, despite the location’s promise to do so and a separate inquiry through the website. Stay far away from this location unless you like making charitable donations to Pizza Hut.

The wings were good but I didn’t get a ranch because she said they were $1.09 I think one sauce should come with the meal l atleast . I paid 10$ for boneless wings I don’t understand why I didn’t get a complimentary sauce

Sometimes, you have to wait about 20 minutes for your order. There are no chairs to sit in. You'll have to lean against the wall.

Really hard time getting the items I ordered that weren’t delivered. The purpose in choosing delivery is the convenience and I can’t express how inconvenient this experience was. Please do yourself a favor and order from a different location‼️

This is not just any ordinary pizza hut. The employees here are extraordinary, making every pizza special. The team consists of a passionate lady and a great owner. If I had a million bucks, I would gladly give them half because they are that remarkable. Despite facing disrespectful customers, we hold them in high regard and appreciate their dedicated work. They are the embodiment of hard workers, enduring countless challenges. I will never forget the day I walked in and ordered a pizza around 3:00pm. I politely asked the lady if she could hold onto my pizza for 5 minutes until my Uber ride arrived. Without hesitation, she graciously agreed. Sadly, a group of disrespectful young kids, around 12 years old or younger, entered the restaurant and vandalized it with spray cans. Such a disgraceful generation! But these courageous individuals, this formidable woman and the resilient owner, carried on working diligently. It pains me to see the environment they endure, but I want you all to know that your hard work has not gone unnoticed. There are people out there who have the utmost respect for you. We thank both of you for your tireless dedication and hope you have great success in the future!

I rarely have to deal with any mistakes when I come in order with you guys. I did have a mess up with my order a few days ago due to the delivery driver because they are a sign through DoorDash and it’s sad that they have to deal with them. I have received really good customer service from the manager Jala who took care of me and I really appreciate her handling the situation the way that she did!! Thank you so much Jala the store needs more managers like you you have a great day on purpose ma’am..
