Why do you have a call center with people that can hardly speak English or take the order

When I got home after picking up my order, it was not mine. I got someone else's food. I tried to call and no one ever picked up the phone. I wanted pizza and instead I got all bread. Won't go back

I appreciated the crust toppings very scarce but it also wasn't a meat lovers that I asked for I believe there was only two toppings on it that I could find
