Wasn’t at the store had delivery

This was the most horrible experience I’ve ever had at Pizza Hut ! First the door was locked so a man inside had to scream to the back to a manager to open while her kids were screaming mommy a lady is at the door! She finally comes. Tells me I better be glad I came before 10:30 she wasn’t taking any more orders ! I place my order I’m leaving someone else comes to door to pick up she yells at me you better close my door before your order is canceled! I couldn’t believe my ears I sat in car wait for my order it was ready so I go back in to ask her why she say that and she talk to me insane ! Absolutely horrible!

Never got my food came in a big box was missing everything I kept calling restaurant just for the manager to answer asking me what my problem is bc I said my pizza was wrong it’s unprofessional and completely scam nobody wants to help or care about customer at all….just scammed me and they used door dash for delivery and try to tell you that we need to contact DoorDash if we want our food because we did delivery but when I ordered I got it off the Pizza Hut app. The manager kept saying to call DoorDash for my refund but door dash told me to call them smh they took from my kids that’s what the food was for DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE ORDER FROM PAPA JOHNS OR SOMEWHERE ELSE

I give this Pizza Hut location 1 star. I wish there was a way I could give zero stars. How can a company such as Pizza Hut stay in business operating like they are not keeping up with the times. They have like 10 door dashers waiting for orders. It looks like a club in here with all customers and delivery people standing around waiting for food. I had 2 orders to pick up and I have one order with me that is getting cold while I’m waiting for my second order. I will NEVER EVER and NEVER NEVER come to this location again. This weak management and no work ethic from employees are giving Pizza Hut a very sad name.

Outside of establishment stays dark

I placed a phone order at 9 p.m. paid in advance. The person told me that I would receive my food by 9:30 p.m. When I didn’t receive my order by then, I called and was told at that time that they didn’t have any drivers. They gave no reason for not telling me that upfront. The person told me that they were sending my food by DoorDash. I received my food at 12:45 a.m. the next day. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a restaurant.

Ordered the pizza melt for curbside to only find out upon arrival that they don’t do curbside, even though the app lets you choose the option. The Pizza melt should have been the meat lovers, but when I opened it up, it only had pepperoni and sausage inside. You’re better off going to the next nearest Pizza Hut with the drive-through. I won’t ever be returning here.

This pizza hut is the worst. They don't respect you or your time. Food arrived cold and late.
