Food was dry/ cold, cookie had no ice cream or rolo, worst food I’ve ever eaten, never again

There is a picture on the toilet wall saying “Bog Standard, we pride ourselves on our clean toilets” Well unfortunately that’s not correct, they are disgusting! I actually pissed on my own hands to clean them!

Visited on 5/3/24 and the fact that we didn’t have to do the ordering on the app as it was harder with children today was very welcome. The server was very patient whilst the kids decided (slowly) what they wanted. Server KaydeeN was very attentive and was a credit to the company. Will definitely be back.

Over priced for the food and service received. The restaurant was empty, yet a premium was charged. Better quality from other retailers for less is available.

The dough balls I ordered were raw and the fries were soggy.

A while since we've been the the hut . Whilst service was great a lady called Heather the food and price were not . I wondered why it was quiet for a sat afternoon.

Buffets for the win, love this place. £32 but worth it for me and the misses, went at 2pm so didn't need lunch or dinner for the rest of the day.

Poor staff welcome and over priced.
