Save your sanity - hit up Domino’s or Marco’s nearby instead. We rarely order from Pizza Hut (maybe once per year), and tonight again reminded me why. Placed our order through the Pizza Hut app for curbside pickup on our way home from some errands, and was told it would be ready for pickup in 15 minutes. We happened to be nearby, so we arrived early and parked outside to await the timer. Scheduled to be ready by 8:15pm, but I requested a well-done bake and anticipated it would be a few minutes beyond the auto-timer. Waited until after 8:22 to go and wait inside, nobody greeted me nor even acknowledged me waiting there until 8:27 despite there being occasion where an employee came up front twice to try and facilitate an incoming call with bad connection, using the phone at the front register. At that point I am told our pizza was put in the oven just three minutes earlier. Long story short, we finally pulled away 20 mins after 8:15 with our ONE SIMPLE PIZZA. Folks, it was just a lg pepperoni with extra cheese. I realize it was Friday night, but after the rush. The only other customer I saw leave the store while we were still sitting out in the car said hers was also 20+ mins late. Only one delivery driver had come back to the store as well. Didn’t exactly look like they were overwhelmed with orders. It was a bad enough experience I needed to share it. Sure enough when I go to post the review, this location shows about 2.5 stars and I’m not surprised one bit.
So I ordered 2 medium Pizzas and I wanted one of them stuffed crust until I was given my total for 2 Pizzas was $50. I asked how much a stuffed crust pizza is and I was told $27.00. I'm not sure if the employee had punched in something wrong or what happened but needless to say I didn't get the stuffed crust I just got regular.. Both of the Pizzas were pretty good just the crust was really thin. The reason I gave 2 stars for the service is because there was only one guy working at that time and he was doing the baking, the register and boxing up the Pizzas. So there was a bit of a wait time before i could get my pizza. It was a Saturday night so it was pretty busy. I feel bad for the guy having to do it all by himself. All in all I will order from them sometime again in the future.
Places an order at 11:35 am, doordasher texted me at 12 saying the doors are locked though the hours are 11-11. I called at 1208 was transferred to a manager to get an update but the call goes to a busy tone and hangs up. I called again and get a busy tone and hangs up. I call again at 12:28 and the guy doesnt allow me to finish my sentence bc he wants to speak. After hes done talking, which didnt give me any update on my order I ask him to cancel after waiting an hour for my pizza with no updates on the website, by management, or him. Ive ordered from this location since 2018 and its only gotten worse. Im done with this place
Diana needs to take a course in customer service. Made a large order on DoorDash and sat in the parking lot until my phone pinged that it was ready. First-no one even acknowledged me for a few minutes, then they couldn’t find my order. Diana didn’t even apologize just complained saying she already made it and had no idea where it went and she wasn’t going to make it again. Told me to figure it out myself to cancel my families dinner on the app because she would not remake it. So unprofessional and so much attitude
Ordered 2 large specialty pizzas with breadsticks, and received 2 medium one topping pizzas. Not even close to right. Tried calling many times for multiple days to get it corrected, and they just kept hanging up on me. Will never order from them again. Horribly mismanaged.
Do not order from here. Call center is 0 help. Took 2 hours to get food. Called 45 mins after ordering to cancel. Never answered the phone. Called 8 times. Was dropped off at hotel lobby. Wrong name was put on order. Not sure how long it was down there.
I am a regular there. I’ve fallen in love with certain employees and they treat me very well. They have become my pizzahut buddies and I only have two stores I will go to now. Vegetarian options: They have veggie toppings but not like a large list. Honestly wish they had more toppings for vegetarian/veggies. I’m not a vegetarian but I’m not one for meat on my pizza. I wish they had sundried tomatoes, garlic, and other stuff but they just mostly have your traditional pizza toppings like mushrooms, olives, pineapple, bell peppers and that’s about it. Parking: Small strip of stores. But tons of parking along side the front of the building, across the parking lot, and all along the side of the building. Honestly more parking than they need. But makes it nice to never have to worry about where to park Kid-friendliness: They’re so kind to my kid. They are very nice there. But it’s not a dine in place so kids don’t really stay inside that long anyways. Wheelchair accessibility: Sloped sidewalk/flattened sidewalk for easy wheelchair access. Not an automatic door though, door has to be physically opened.
The pizzas I ordered were made wrong and I did receive a credit and not happy with the quality as it has gone down hill.
