Pizza Hut

I ordered my food online spent like $64. When I got my order I was missing my breadsticks. My pizza was cold. I got none of the extra toppings I ordered and then when I called it took me a half hour to get through to try and fix the order and they gave me a $36 credit which I was OK with I tried to use it the next day And it wasn’t even there and now I’m trying to get through again and I can’t get through. Pizza Hut sucks.

Horrible, about a month ago I order a pizza and until this day I haven’t received , today I order once more n they gave me the wrong pizza plus it looks like it’s been dropped, I tried calling the store but they either hang up or never pick , bad bad service

I placed an order online 01/04/2024. The online status said it was delivered, but it was not. I called the store. "Hanna" at the store told me it is going out in 10 minutes. The order never arrived. I called the store again and spoke with "Hanna" to cancel the order and refund my money. She claimed she could not find the receipt and asked for my full credit card number. I said I did not feel comfortable giving her the whole number but she insisted it was required in order to process my refund. I still have not received the refund as of 01/05/2024.

Don’t work for this place, Carmen refuses to pay her employees, treats them horrible, screams at employees while there’s guests in the lobby. This lady needs to be fired. Stay away!!

I ordered my food and it arrived 30-45 mins late, didn't get everything I paid for and when I called to tell her I got attitude and after all was said and done she just hung up.

I was there probably a month ago with my little kids and my girlfriend and after placing our order we waited inside for our order and this lady I'm guessing that was in charge that night was VERY VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. She was yelling at this other lady it got to the point that we had to go outside to the car to finish waiting because me and my girlfriend didn't want our kids to be in there while she was yelling at this lady for whatever reason she was mad for. I was just happy that we got our food and we could leave that toxic place. We won't go back to that location. There's some good people that used to work there....
