Never phone pass off everyone never received service liked this before get rid of management again hate delays
It has been a while since I went to Pizza Hut. It had gotten pretty nasty in the store. But today - it looked very clean. The crew working was clean. The food was very good.
This has been a recurring nightmare because it's happened twice in a row now in the span of roughly a week. My food arrived over an hour later than the projected estimation,the specifics of a light sauce on one of the pies was ignored, the cheese pizza barely had any of the aforementioned cheese on it, and of course after such a long wait the food was lukewarm at best. To make matters worse, I did follow up on the customer service side and received an email offering a free large pizza because the order was definitely late. Unfortunately when I try to redeem said coupon, this site rejected it as invalid. So I followed up with Pizza Hut corporate customer service directly, and they said they would reach out to the store owner and management and that they would follow up with me afterwards to ensure a resolution. It's been a week and I've heard absolutely nothing. So in the end, I suppose it's my fault for ordering again, and trying to be positive and assume it was a one-off situation. Evidently it's not, and they apparently just don't care for my business. Well that's okay, message received.
The food was terrible. Ordered pan pizza and was given hand tossed also was charged $10 more than my receipt showed, so they gave themselves a tip. Will not be going back ever and corporate office never contacted me back about my issue or anyone from pizza hut for that matter.
