Booked delivery slot, pizza arrived squashed 10 minutes early. There were hardly any toppings. Despite one pizza being ordered as a "any 4 toppings" and us only choosing double Pineapple (couldn't add more), there was hardly any Pineapple on it, less than you'd get for a single order. We counted 6 roquito Peppers on a large pizza. For the price you pay for pizza hut the quality and toppings are so rubbish. We won't use pizza hut again. It's just not worth the money. Especially now with the inflated delivery cost. The prices go up and everything gets worse!
Food didn't arrive and when I rang up to see where it was they told my I was lying, and that someone took it from them, refused to refund me the drive drove back to my house spoke to me in a disgusting Manor calling me a lier so looks like I'm loosing out on £35.89

Delivery with no dips even though I bought additional ones. They said they’d drop them off later but no show at all. Seems to be a common occurrence, it’s the 2nd time this has happened, I don’t get the ones that come with the food or the additional ones I buy too. Avoid using this particular branch for take out
Pizza hut is dead or at least it is here.......ordered 2 large pizzas, 2 sides and a drink, the drink was nicest thing about the experience. Wedges are raw, the wings only just cooked and the pizzas were shocking, swimming in grease which made the entire pizza soggy. Had to airfry the wedges and wings myself just to have some food. Disgusting slop
I just ordered a pizza just less than an hour ago it was cancelled i called the shop explaining the situation, one woman answered the phone i have asked on the phone for her name she said she doesn't want to give me her name and she was extremely rude and she hang up on me,i have called again telling her that i need her name as i want to complain about her as this is not the right way to speak to a customer and guess what she hang up on me again. Now my question what that management does in that place if they are allowing such a behaviour towards customers??? If i could give 0 stars i would AVOID AVOID AVOID
