Ordered two pizzas, wings and two cups of ranch, one of my pizzas was overcooked and the ranch wasn’t with my order
Ordered via Uber eats delivery. Pizza was col, overcooked, virtually no cheese. I threw it away. Was a $23+ loss. Called store. On hold 4+ minutes, hung up. Will file complaint to corporate office
Spent $50 on 2 pizzas & bread sticks. Asked for extra extra sauce on one of the pizzas and said it multiple times “like dripping” charge me! Get home and it barely any sauce the pizza was dry. The girl who took the order and cashed me out was great! I tried to tip her and she said the tip wouldn’t go to her anyway?!?? I called to get it corrected the same girl who took the order said the manager said we could bring the pizza back and they would remake it so we did. The manager came to the counter with an attitude to show the remade pizza. I asked for additional sauce and she brought a 2 portion. This experience would have been great if it hadn’t been for the managers poor attitude! Not to mention having to drive up there twice
