Pizza Hut

Sewage and toilet paper is constantly spilling from the store's property onto the sidewalk, so gross and has been happening repeatedly for so long.

I just ordered a supreme pizza and it wasn't fully cooked. The toppings were falling off when I picked it up. 3240406160419001334038368 is my order number.

The food is good and timely. I wish they opened before 4pm. Updated 4.7.24 - They forgot to unlock the doors of the establishment when I visited last month. I had an online order that was supposed to be ready at 4:30, but another customer had to call them from his car for them to open the doors. Earlier this week, we made an online order. They told us and two other customers upon arrival that they were out of food. I hope upper management is aware that there are problems at this location.

Was not notified when my food arrived

This location seems to be very poorly managed to the point I wonder if it's managed at all. We have pizza every Friday and this is the closest location to our house. I have largely stopped using this location because week after week they seem to be out of crusts and toppings that I want. This week I thought I'd check to see if they had what we wanted, and they did. It also said if I ordered now it'd be ready in 15 minutes. I placed my order then got the notification that it'd be ready in 25 minutes. When we got there at the time we were told our pizza would be ready, we waited another 15 minutes along with three other people waiting for their overdue orders. When we got home, we discovered that our pan pizza had a hand tossed crust. This wouldn't have been a big deal except we paid $2 more for a pan crust. I'll be driving past this Pizza Hut in the future. An extra 10 minutes to my round trip is worth having my pizza correct and on time.

Great pizza. Fresh. They even opened the box and showed it to me to make sure it was correct before I left. The girl behind the counter was amazing. She would be a great person to recruit for another retailer who may pay her more or put her into management. She was a rock star. I wish I would have got her name. I went back on February 28th 2024 and I'm telling you it was a homerun The app was not working correctly so I called the order and they were very nicely took the order their sauce is changed a little bit or has changed it's a little sweeter which I love. The cheese breadsticks are amazing The supreme Pizza was incredible The pepperoni pizza was incredible The food was off the chart The absolutely the best pizza in town no doubt. And the lady on the phone was so nice and patient and took the order over the phone I just can't tell you how Great the service and the food was I'm still blown away.

The pizza was so cheesy and delicious! I had asked for them not to burn it, and it was not a piece burnt. Thank you Pizza Hut!!!
