Rude staff. Always on there phones Long wait time
If I could rate them lower I would. Terrible store, terrible, terrible customer service. Never had worse customer service but they’re at the top of that list. They mess up orders, refuse responsibility, or BETTER, tell you they’ll take care of it and don’t. The person typically answering the phone speaks with a heavy urban patois which escalates when she is cursing at you. It almost felt like being back in the ghetto of Philly. Seriously get some customer service skills. Instead lose our business. We may be one but we’ll keep telling everyone we know how HORRIBLE you treated us from manager down. And to add, corporate got involved, then forwarded the complaint to the team member it was about hahahahah! How do you think that went. Try to speak with a district manager (don’t worry I found the number!) and everyone will stonewall you. You take as much money for your products as you do and provide this level of service? Maybe that’s why you’re always closed now instead of open full hours.
The counter person made a very good impression on me she took care of my order in a very friendly and professional Parking: It's a huge parking lot Many cars and trucks can fit easy
Very small place but when the lady told me “I’ll make your pizza in 10 mins hot and fresh..” mannn I was like CHALLENGE ACCEPTED. Hands down the best pizza I ever got in 8 minutes. It’s so good I’m mad I only bought 1 that new Hot honey pepperoni pizza is a CHEF’s kiss!! At least at this location Parking: Huge lot. Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs
They need to label the ketchup and marinara. Someone gave me ketchup in my bag of bread sticks. Also I payed $4 for nonexistent bacon(there was a little bit of bacon on one piece of the pie). I got the food from doordash. It was the family bundle with pasta.
