Disappointed

Ordered a cheese pizza and a pepperoni pizza, got two cheese pizzas instead. Called the store and spoke to a worker to fix the situation, he was super rude and said there was nothing he could do because in his system it was correct. I just wanted my order fixed and this guy was so rude from the get go. This is also the second time this has happened, not the first. Don’t go here. Everyone was stoned the last time I went up there and the manager was rude.

Have visited multiple times over the last few years. The staff has always been friendly. Might not be as crowded as the past, but still a regular go to for us.

This is a great team. They always ensure my order is accurate and hot when I pick it up. The make you feel like a customer and are always polite. (You don’t find that a lot these days o in other places).

North Olmsted Pizza Hut is awesome! The staff were very friendly and pleasant. The pizza was perfect!

Very good first ever order from Pizza Hut. Extremely hot which I really was impressed with.
