Sent burnt food

I don’t why but this place bread stick is hard as a rock. They are very oily too. It’s hurt my tongue to chew these bread sticks. This the only Pizza Hut that has this problem and unfortunately it’s the one near me. I couldn’t finish the bread due to hardness. Sad

Fast service

Food was late and over cooked. Burned. Don’t tip ahead of time. Wait until your food finally arrives.

They said it will take 15min so I went i to my car and came back after 15min and they said it’s still not ready. I had to wait 1hr. After taking my order the chicken wings was put into broken bowl so the sauce leaked into my car seat by the time I got home. Terrible experience!!!

Ordered pizza for delivery. I live in a gated community and let the driver know the gate on the resident side is open. Driver kept saying the gate was closed. I had to go meet the driver at the gate just to get my food. I paid a delivery charge to basically pick up my own food because the driver didn’t want to come to my door. After I met the driver at the gate he just got out of his car and stood there until I asked him if he was delivery driver for Pizza Hut.
