"Great service at Pizza Hut! The staff was quick and attentive, ensuring a smooth dining experience. However, cleanliness needs attention as some employees were seen working without gloves, which could be improved for better hygiene standards."

I recently had a disappointing experience with Pizza Hut. The pizza I received seemed mishandled, as if it had been dropped, and the seal was broken. Despite the evident damage, the delivery driver refused to go upstairs to drop it off at 5 pm. Upon discovering the issue, I called customer service for a refund, but they offered coupons for a free pizza or a replacement pizza sent to me. Both options weren't ideal as I no longer desired their pizza. To add to the frustration, the seal on the replacement pizza was also broken. Now, I have a full pizza that will go to waste. Overall, a disappointing experience with both the quality of service and the product received.

Great hot food.

Look closely. Plates are under where you sit and they have food on them. And there isn't the servers anymore. You have to order your food at the counter and then take it to your seat. There is absolutely nobody except for customers and not very many at all. There was a customer in there eating with her family and she was coughing like crazy. Hopefully I don't get sick or my fiancé. I will never go there ever again. I can say that for sure I Warren everybody else about it as well. I will be contacting head office about this

Advise stay the hell away from this location they charge you higher price then what you normally pay at other locations when ask why they said oh it’s different here ????

No staff to serve, so had to order take away where we were allowed to sit in and eat. No cups or cutlery. While the pizza was good It was far over priced for the service received. Don't recommend it. Better options in Niagara

Great Staff Good Pizza

The lady at the counter was simply rude. We ordered two large deep pans but they gave us hand tossed pizzas. There was hardly any cheese on there and too much pizza sauce.. Disappointed!!
