Got undercooked pizza. Was contacted and given a credit for more pizza. That pizza was also undercooked and had toppings i didn't order

how can I rate the place when I can't even place the order? It just spins after I click my purchase and goes back to the same page. I completely overt. You just cost your drivers $20 for a $30 pizza. Close your business get out of uptown. you don't offer a service. You're not a business. I called the store and with no duress from me I just asked if I could order a pizza over the phone and I was hung up on. I am going to contact my local business license bureau. Display should not only not be allowed to sell food they should not be allowed to have a business license. They are selling a product. They are not delivering. They are not talking to their customers. What are they doing there is it a tax rate off? Do not shop here do not buy here do not give them business get them out of uptown. There is something wrong. I'm a professional adult that has an ordered Pizza Hut since college but somethings going on here. You can't even order pizza. You can't talk to an adult. What are they doing? contacted the company now times three and hung up on times three. I am completely calm. I want did an explanation why I can't get the order to go through why it tells me there's an order but I never get the order. After I asked to talk to someone that might be able to explain it to me I was transferred five times and eventually hung up at the uptown location location. This is not a business their license should be revoked.

Pizza Hut had this "new menu" so I thought I would buy pizza for my hardworking staff. What a mistake that was! I bought the spicy chicken sausage pizza, pesto margherita pizza and a large three topping pizza. What a waste of money! I have never tasted such horrible pizza. When the pizza arrived it was cold. There was no sauce or cheese on this pizza. The pesto margherita pizza had no pesto. Actually, it didn't even taste anywhere near what a margherita pizza is supposed to taste like. Definitely needed something to wash this dry stuff down. I will never order from Pizza Hut again.

The pizza is what you’d except. Very good employees that deserve raises. However the chocolate chip cookies are very poor. I think this is a corporation problem with Pizza Hut rather than the people who made it. Here is a chocolate chip cookie recipe that’s infinitely better than whatever stiff brown rocks you guys are serving: Ingredients: 8 tbsp butter ½ cup sugar ¼ cup brown sugar 1 tsp vanilla 1 egg 1 ½ cup flour ½ tsp baking soda Teaspoon salt Chocolate chips Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 Melt butter slightly Cream together butter and sugars Add egg and vanilla and blend just enough, not too much Add in the rest and blend Put on parchment sheet and cook for 11 minutes Let cook on pan for another minute then transfer to cooling rack

I haven’t ordered from this location in almost a year. Today I thought I’d give it a chance again. Not only did the staff get worse the store will take your order and NOT deliver your food. How is this place still open??

They gave it to me in a nice bag. Good experience, arrived sooner than expected as well.

Very bland

i am muslim i told them i was they put bacon on my food i tried to call them they kept ending the call on me being disrespectful i told them i need my money this is a horrible place.

The customer support level is terrible from the manager to the crew members. Very rude ghetto nasty attitude individuals. The manager actually argued with me that there wasn’t an order for me when clearly I seen on my statement a charge which took a total a 10 days to be released back to my account but she swore up and down I didn’t have a order very weird atp. The female manager should absolutely be required to look over her training again or find something else to do because chile customer service is not it.

Worst pizza ever & even worse customer service

This Pizza Hut has very poor customer service..the food never comes hot nor fresh when ordered for delivery…they very reluctant to give you a refund…I have never met a restaurant that makes u wait a week to refund you when the food was cold and gross…it got to the point where I just said forget the refund and just will never ever eat nor refer that restaurant ever in life again

TERRIBLE customer Service, Customer Support is Terrible. Nobody cares about your messed up order they just want to be done with everything. I will NEVER spend another DOLLAR HERE

The food was perfect! Hot and fresh made to order.. gooey cheese piping hot 🥵

After accidentally ordering a cheese pizza (when I very much wanted a pepperoni) using Pizza Hut's garbage website, the workers made me a fresh one right on the spot. It's obvious who the real mvp is. Thank you uptown pizza hut staff.
