Always love pizza hut

We don't have a pizza hut near where I live so I have to drive to Middletown. The last time I ordered food the cheese breadsticks were over cooked. Long drive for food to not be good when I get home. 30 mins each way. BUT the staff is always so nice it's usually worth the one hour round trip . No matter how busy your staff is always nice and patient. Parking: Plenty of parking. And it's safe.

I picked up my pizza around 7 .18p.m I was waiting upfront for aleast 4 min ,a girl show with food in her mouth.but that worse is when I got home and open that box , surprise burn pizza .

Service was ok. Seems like they never recovered after covid. Bathrooms are a mess. But pizza is still good

Around 6pm today - the pizza hut website was not working and kept on saying they could not place my order - retry !! After several attempts I picked up the phone and placed the order !! I ordered 2 pies and got stuck with 4 One of my phone orders went thru - never received any confirmation !! I order pretty regularly from them - the food is always great - fresh and hot, the staff is always friendly - but today I just feel PIZZA-OUT ... Don't mean to sound ungrateful... Thank you Lord!!

This place once upon a time used to have great food and pizza but sadly that’s no longer the case anymore. Steady downhill with quality of foods and services to its patrons. Last several times pizza was very rubbery with nasty aftertaste. Staff and management unfriendliness towards customers. Overall very unpleasant experience I won’t be returning anytime soon.
