Our server Barbi is always so sweet

Worst service ever!!! My family of 7, had placed a huge order and if course not everyone wanted pizza so we brought in a few burritos. The huge girl working not even helping us come from the back with her hand up, all high and mighty saying yall can’t bring in outside food. While the guy who was helping us and running the front gad no issue and stated it several times while she was running her mouth continuously. Also no one was even in the restaurant!!!

They delivered a burnt pizza and a pizza that wasn’t cooked all the way, I called and spoke with a manager she gave me a 30$ credit, when I called to use my credit the person answered said it wasn’t on there and put another manger on the phone who “SAID” she called the other manager that night and she said she only credited me for one pizza(which was a lie) then put me on hold another time and said the “Gm” said since the credit wasn’t on there she can only give me on credit for the one pizza, So I asked dfor the GM name and she said she wasn’t allowed (which is another lie) to give me the name. Now I’ve been ordering from there for years and never have had problems until now…DO NOT ORDER FROM THERE… They also have rat problems (WAS ON THE PHONE WHEN THE THOUGHT THEY PUT ME ON HOLD AND HEARD THEM SAY ONLY THROW CERTAIN THINGS AWAY)

Never got my order, and told me I had to go To store to get a refund when I ordered delivery. I guess if u don’t tip your door dash driver on the app they don’t bring your food. Always tip in cash, crazy can’t even get a pizza

Pizza greasy not cooked all the way and they deliver late and cold and then expect you to go find them to get your order. Ordered twice this week and same thing both times never had we had a complain. Last option to get pizza from at this point little Caesars is better ‍♀️

Our new hire clerk was Excellent
