Pizza Hut

I order a large pizza for almost $20, they deliver me a medium. Come on, guys.

At 3094 Richmond road Lexington, ky a woman worker was extremely rude! She locked door, came out screaming I couldn't park in front of the store, I moved for her to a parking spot and she proceeded to allow another person who was not handicapped park in the handy capped spot. When I complained that he was parked illegally while I was never illegally parked she tried to tell me that it's not a handicapped spot after a certain time then started yelling profanity. Which I ofcourse as a customer am not obligated to be professional. As she should be. Will not be back to a pizza hut period. She needs to be dealt with by corporate. Store is a joke. Parking: None Wheelchair accessibility: None with this employee working

I order pizza from Richmond Road at least about once a month and they're the most consistent pizza place in town the food is always good the service varies a little bit but most of the time it's excellent service I would recommend this location to anyone

Y’all have roaches in pizza and no refund no I’m sorry no anything. Do better! But I bet I never order there again

Shout out to Pizza Hut on Richmond rd! A literal ROACH on the bottom of our pizza… we call the store bc obviously were not going to let our children eat a pizza with a roach on it and the MANAGER tells us that the roach came from our house bc it “definitely didn’t come from her store!” This conversation went on for probably 5 minutes of her calling us liars (we can afford pizza… we’re not trying to scam Pizza Hut ) and I finally said I was going to post a picture of it on social media and her response was “well if you’re going to do that then we’re definitely not going to make it right for you!” Pizza Hut- WHERE DO YOU HIRE YOUR MANAGERS?! The bar must be in hell!

$24 for a medium pizza? $10 for six wings? No further comments necessary. Except this is the last order here ever. It's a long fall from that high horse ...

Rude and unclean environment. Heard an employee literally yelling at people in the store wouldn’t advise taking any family here.
