Pizza Hut

Made an order online and went to pick it up. My order status was ready for pick up, however, the team members said there was no record of my order. The team member refused to help me and refused to allow me to speak to the manager. When requesting a refund, they said I should tell my bank that it was a fraudulent charge.

Apparently Pizza Hut does not provide ranch with your wings. They charge over $1 per ranch. Kid-friendliness: There’s a small arcade

Unfortunately, today was not a good day for ordering curbside. I ordered ahead, so I could pick it up when I get there. Well, I was a little earlier than expected. So I waited. When the time came, I clicked on the I'm here tab in the email. I figured they would be out in a few minutes, but they were not. So I called and let them know I was here. The lady who answered said they will be right out with my order. It took almost another 15 minutes before I finally got my order. I hope this does not happen again.

Better then any other pizza

This place has potential to be MUCH better than it is. The employees don't care. I have gotten pizzas here on two occasions. They were slightly undercooked both times. I will not be returning to this location anymore
