On May 27th Me and my family went to purchase a pizza for the kids, When I placed the order, The guy who took the order, wasn't very polite, Neither had a good customer service attitude, Other customers behind us placed orders as well, We waited and waited and our number wasn't called at all, When I asked for the food, I saw that it was already made who knows for how many minutes, The person who gave me the food, Not even said sorry, When I asked for Ranch dressing, A lady who was there said it's .85 Cents, I don't understand why they charge for the dressing if I already have purchased 2 eight pieces of the BBQ wings, Greetings also was not given to us, But to persons that didn't look Hispanic, They received a welcome greeting. I felt discriminated for being a Hispanic. As a former restaurant manager this actions should be addressed by the Chief Executive Officer Aaron Powell. Unhappy customer.
The location has gone down hill since starting this whole contract with Door dash. Tonight was my second bad experience ordering delivery from here. My food arrived 15 minutes after the estimated time given. The driver picked up my order 45 minutes before I received it and my food was lukewarm. The wings I received weren't sauced properly either. Normally I do pick up orders but my family is sick. It will not be utilizing this service again. After spending nearly $90 on food, delivery, and tip, I would hope to receive quality service and especially after being a loyal customer of this location for 5 years. Get it together.
