Put an online order for carry out for lunch and when I arrived there there was only one person who was on the phone in the back looking at his computer screen. The rest of the story was empty and there was another person who was waiting for their pickup order. Waiting there for 10 minutes and no response and then just decided to leave in this hope I get my order at another Pizza Hut. Didn't even bother to do a follow up phone call that my order was ready as they are usually supposed to. Don't go to this Pizza Hut if they don't even have enough staff to run it efficiently.
Called from our Hotel that was 4/10 of a mile away, on the same road and was told by both the manager and the employee that they do not deliver to our hotel and we're not will to explain why.

Got 2 large pizzas and it made me sick within a Coppell of hours maybe things aren’t being cleaned o don’t know but dong recommend this location but still a Pizza Hut fan
Paid 19.89 for a cold pizza that's been sitting nasty! They gave refund but to even deliver a non fresh cooked pizza is bind blowing 😮💨 😑 cold and stiff looks like pizza at a gas station that's been sitting there. I'm from Austin and never experienced this before pathetic for sure laziness 🙄 and sorry and refund doesn't just fix a problem that never should have happened to began with. And a 5 dollar cash tip. Can't get that back either!

My pizza had almost no cheese. And when I ordered the My Hut Box he asked me if I wanted the bone in wings I said yes . My pizza had 3 pepperoni and 1 mushroom. It was awful. And when I got there he said it was 10 more min it ended up being 20 more I was late getting back to work on my lunch. Never again.
Went in last night like 9 minutes before they closed because we were so hungry and wanted pizza but most places were closed. We couldn’t even place an order through their system because it was too late so the manager I think, made the order for us through the app and we were so so so so thankful, I know it’s so annoying to have people come in right before closing time so we weren’t expecting to be able to order or get a great hot pizza. Plus they were really nice both the girl at the front register and the one that placed the order for us. + the cheesy crust was so worth it. Thanks 👉🏼👈🏼 t
Awful. Garlic cheese sticks was bread either cheese scattered on top. Watched the chef prepare it as he touched most of his clothes and kept going back to his hair. Disgusting. Almost as gross as the end result. Not good. Ready in 8 minutes. Try a half hour. Avoid. I’d post a picture but it’s already in the garbage.
Absolutely terrible they can’t take a simple phone order. Very rude & they hung up in my face. I do not recommend Pizza Hut. Not everyone likes the app. They need to have sense enough to take a phone order. Never ever again! Worst customer service ever. If the customer service is trash I’m thinking the pizza there is trash too.
Shoutout to Ms Leslie! She is absolutely amazing! Every time I go to the store she always greets me with a smile and has a very friendly attitude! Her service and kindness alone keeps me coming back!
I called they say the calls are recorded I talk to one African American lady who was saying she is the manager I explained to her that when we ordered a pizza the other day it was raining and our pizza was sat outside and it was wet and cold we called to let them know they gave us a credit we called back today to order a pizza and they gave us a bar b que pizza and ms Patricia was very helpful but I’m mad cause the African American lady that claim she was the manager while explaining my situation she tells saying so what you want me to do about it and I asked what u mean I got the wrong pizza and it’s cold I wanted to see if u can make it correctly she going to say oh we not bringing you another pizza you can talk to my manager in the morning then she pretended to hang up in my face but sat the phone down cause I heard them in the background then as I’m talking to my dad she says ok now what you trying to do and I say oh so you didn’t hang up and I said hold on dad record this so when I talk to her boss they will hear how she’s talking to us after that she disconnects the call I then called back and spoke with a guy and he asked if I can tell him what’s going on and maybe he can help but as I’m talking ms Patricia hears it then I explain to her and she explains about the different pizzas but we always tell them what we want with no problem and she says she’s goin to stay on the phone and personally fix it to make sure it’s right then have it dispatched out to us and I said thank you and I said I appreciate you helping but do y’all have a district manager number I can talk to cause this is crazy she says I can assure you they already going to know cause the calls are being recorded and to me no that’s not good enough cause you don’t talk to nobody like they are a child that’s disrespectful I was disrespected and I will go to the ceo if needed but I need to talk to sombody asap this is crazy
Terrible. Undercooked, doesn’t follow topping instructions, forgets items. Happened on multiple occasions. Once sent pizza to wrong location and hung up on me when trying to correct me. Blames doordash for any delivery issues (even when the store gives them the wrong order).
